My partner and I went in not knowing what to get, was served by a sales assistant named Claudia who was absolutely awesome! Extremely attentive and made sure to grab us styles and sizes that were required. Amazing service from the greeting to the checkout

The staff were amazing! on the 19th of November, I had an emergency as my birthday dresses did not come on time from online. I rushed into the store and told the girls that I was having a dinner and that I was late with no dress. I let them know the type of shoes I had in had to match the outfit. They straight away said pink and there was a pink dress that just came in. One of the girl gave it to me and went to look for some more pink dresses while I try the dress on. And finally I had the dress. Hands down the staff at universal store are amazing and such positive energy. So to the Gowls, I looked goodttttt

Had a great experience with Jessie today (sorry if I messed up the spelling!) Came in looking for a knit polo, got some free fashion and fitting tips to go along with it. Very happy customer

I went here yesterday in the afternoon and as I walked in I was greeted by a lovely women, then I have a brief look around, really just unsure where to start, and this women comes to my aid, grabbing me a bunch of clothes to try, she was super helpful and was listening to what I was saying. Then I went to the changing room to try on the clothes, the women in the change room immediately asked if I needed a hand and if I needed any other sizes or colours she’s there to help. I was there with my mum who gave me her option on the clothes I was trying but I also found it useful to have the other lady there to give a second opinion. From this I narrowed down my purchase to a pair of pants and a skirt. The customer service I experienced here was immaculate and I will be returning. Thank you xx

I wandered into the Universal Store on Monday 6th Feb as a middle aged woman looking to update my wardrobe with something “funky and edgy” as my kids call it. Maddie was the most helpful shop assistant with her recommendations and intuitive feel for what I liked. At no point did I feel like a dinosaur in this shop which clearly caters for the younger generation. Thank you heaps Maddie! Experiences like this makes me want to come back.

I’m not really a ‘leave a review’ kind of girl but I really had to this time. I made the mistake of not grabbing the names of the girls who helped me yesterday. I hate shopping with a passion, but these girls made it so nice. They were funny, genuine, gave me so much love and attention, and actual feedback and advice. I absolutely love what I left with, and they really went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect items. I’ll definitely be back x

The staff at this store are absolute sweethearts, all of them were so accomodating and helpful and nothing was ever too much for them. I didn’t get their names but the three employees that helped my friend and I honestly made our day and made us feel so confident. Honestly, words can’t describe how good we felt during our time in the store - will definitely be back to see them again !!

Outstanding customer service! I made a mistake buying a product to pick up in a store in the other side of Australia. I sent an email straight away, explaining the situation. In less than 12h they cancelled my purchase and refunded my money. No fuss. Just straight forward. Amazing! Thank you.

An amazing experience! Went in for a few staple pieces and the worker Natalie really gave me a personal shopping experience, she understood exactly what I was wanting and we pulled together some amazing fits styled well with some accessories! Overall experience was exceptional - the best I’ve ever had!
